The robots only react to your self check-in/out, but staff is available for other needs like luggage storage or ordering a taxi. Remember to pick up amenities in the lobby before going to your room. The room was small, but great. There is space to lay out a small suitcase. Toilet was separate, the sink was in the room. There was a wet room unit with bathtub and shower. The location is great, central and along a bus line. Close to the park and the castle ruins. In walking distance to the fish market or all three traditional quarters.

Just like the title says. Close to the bus stop that can take you to Kanazawa station and Higashi Chaya. Walking distance to Nagamachi and some good food spots. I was a solo traveler and was given a room with two beds which was an unexpected luxury. The self-help luggage storage system is also very convenient and easy to use. Idk why people are so mad about the animatronic dinosaurs lmao it's a funny gimmick. There are staff in the back if you want to speak to a human. Would definitely stay again and consider their other locations as well!
