The robots only react to your self check-in/out, but staff is available for other needs like luggage storage or ordering a taxi. Remember to pick up amenities in the lobby before going to your room. The room was small, but great. There is space to lay out a small suitcase. Toilet was separate, the sink was in the room. There was a wet room unit with bathtub and shower. The location is great, central and along a bus line. Close to the park and the castle ruins. In walking distance to the fish market or all three traditional quarters.

There are also lots of great places to eat at including Chocotea across the street for taiyaki and Poncco next door for tea during the day and drinks at night. We were able to see all the museums and explore Kanazawa by foot due to the great location. Room was average sized, dinos were a great touch, and it had what we needed.
